with Perry Garfinkel ‘Buddha or Bust: In Search of Truth, Meaning, Happiness, and the Man Who Found Them All’ Journalist Perry Garfinkel was far from the Path to Enlightenment when National Geographic accepted his pitch for a feature story on the spread of Buddhism to the West. Only six weeks before, he had been lying on his mother¹s living room floor in unbearable pain from back spasms, lamenting his seemingly non-existent career and nursing a serious case of denial about his current state. All of that changed in ways he never could have imagined when he hit the road. What started out as an assignment quickly turned into an unexpected personal discovery of the profound inspiration for Buddhism¹s growing popularity worldwide. In the process, Garfinkel discovered why Buddhism "is touching millions of minds and hearts‹including his own," as renowned Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hanh observed.

with Pernilla Lillarose Deeksha Twin Avatars Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma started the Oneness University in India to help uplift humanity's state of chronic separation and suffering into a state of enlightenment, through an energy transmission called Deeksha. Deeksha is an intelligent energy that balances the activity of the two hemispheres of the brain and leads to the flowering of the heart. This brings a shift in perception and one realizes the sense of a separate self is an illusion. Deeksha is not another teaching or concept, but gives the direct experience of Who we are. Over time it helps de-clutch from the mind and release traumas stored at cellular and energetic levels and restores the experience of our natural state of Love and Oneness. Questions. And then everyone can receive deeksha.

with Michael Attie 'Many Ways, Middle Way, No Way: A Guide to Meditation, Spiritual Awakening and Fun' The book is an eccentric, non-sectarian, open-hearted, inspirational and de-confusing guide to the spiritual path. As a balance to the large number of overly dry and intellectual books on the subject, Many Ways, Middle Way, No Way emphasizes an open-heart as the most important ingredient in the practice of meditation. Rather than treat the subject in an overly solemn and serious way, the book is filled with personal and usually humorous anecdotes to illustrate concepts about the spiritual path. Many Ways, Middle Way, No Way emphasizes that meditation will help us find more fun, humor and light-heartedness in our lives.
