Dale Pendell considers science a "proper subset "of poetry. Mostly out of desperation. Like everyone else,he has been ingesting psychoactive plants since before his birth. It is unclear if any of them have made him any smarter,or even wiser. The founding editor of KUKSU, he has published several books of poetry and is widely anthologized - most recently in the Wisdom Book of American Buddhist Poetry. He lives in the foothills of the Sierra in California.
