As we learn to do this, we become less concerned with the seeming difficulties we face, and our everyday life becomes truly sacred. In this three part series, Rinpoche will describe techniques from the Buddhist tradition that are highly effective for our modern lives. Topics will include Tibetan meditation techniques, the meaning of karma, bodhichitta, rebirth and reincarnation. The teaching series will also touch upon the meaning of the Three Jewels, the essence of emptiness, and the cycle of existence, all aimed to provide insight into our true nature, and enable us to live a more a more fulfilling, tranquil and compassionate life. The series will be pertinent to people interested in learning about Tibetan Buddhism, as well as long time practioners. Everybody is welcome! Rinpoche will be available to answer questions at the end of teaching and will also be available for special blessings.
