WORKSHOP SERIES
Questions Your Thoughts, Change Your Life
Three Tuesdays: May 13, 20 & 27
Facilitated by Carol Sknolnick
at Gateways
In just three evenings, you can master one of the most powerful methods ever devised to end human suffering. It's radical, it's life changing, and it's simple: Just four questions that can open you to new ways of viewing life's stressful situations and relationships from a perspective of clarity and peace.
The Work of Byron Katie, a transformative process of inquiry, is a way to identify and question the beliefs that cause all of the suffering and violence in the world ... beliefs such as:
"Something terrible is going to happen;" "I want my partner (boss, mother) to change" "My children should listen;" "I need more money (love, security, appreciation, stuff) in order to be happy;" "My body is too fat (thin, old, ugly, weak, sick;)" "There shouldn't be war in the world."
Through a variety of experiential exercises, you'll discover the simple yet profound changes that can occur when you "inquire within." You will have numerous opportunities to develop greater self-awareness as you fully experience the powers of The
Work in your own life.
